Do you ship overseas and which courier service do you use?
We currently ship within the UK only.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked service. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Cost:
- Orders under £75: £4.50 flat rate
- Orders £75 and over: Free shipping!
We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 working days after your payment has been processed.
Can I collect an online order as I live locally?
Yes! At checkout please select the pick up option instead of delivery. Currently, you can collect from our warehouse in Pool Innovation Centre TR15 3PL. If you would prefer to collect from our stores in Padstow or St Ives then please drop us an email at info@hager-vor.co.uk and we will do our best to make that possible for you!
How do I return a product for exchange or refund?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.
As a small independent business, we’re unable to offer free returns at this time.
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in the original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for covering return postage costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Can I cancel/make changes to an order?
Please email us at info@hager-vor.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel/change your order for you. There is a chance that we may have been too speedy and already picked and posted your order, in this case, you will need to return your unwanted items as per our returns policy
Can you tell me when a product will be back in stock?
If a product is out of stock in your size or colour preference then please click the 'Notify me when available' button and add in your email address to be alerted to when we restock this item. Signing up for the alert does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter unless you check the box agreeing to do so.
How do I wash and dry my Hager-Vor apparel?
All our items are printed or embroidered by hand here in Cornwall.
We want your apparel to last and stay looking as new for as long as possible so please:
- Wash inside out at 30ºC
- Line dry and do not tumble dry
- Do not iron on print or embroidery
